Let customers price their own job. Get the lead and the quote.
Interactive Quote Builder & Cost Estimator turns your website into a live calculator. Visitors choose options, watch the total update, and receive a branded PDF quote by email.

Everything between "how much?" and "yes"
Build the form, price it, deliver the quote and track the outcome, all inside WordPress.
Drag-and-drop builder
Eight field types, starter templates, and reordering by dragging. No code and no shortcodes to learn.
Live pricing
Fixed amounts, per-unit prices (per kW, m² or room) and percentage add-ons or discounts, with tax and currency per form.
Conditional logic
Show or hide questions based on earlier answers, so a battery question only appears when the customer wants a battery.
Instant PDF quotes
A branded PDF with your logo, colour, address and terms is emailed to the customer and to you, with a secure download link.
Quote to WooCommerce order
When a customer says yes, convert the quote to an order in one click, with line items and tax carried across.
Totals customers can't tamper with
The browser shows a preview, but the server recalculates every submission. Nonce, honeypot and rate limiting guard the form.
From first click to signed-off quote
Build your form
Start from a template or a blank canvas. Drag fields in, set a price on each choice, and add rules for what shows when.
Publish anywhere
Paste the shortcode on any page, or drop in the Quote Form block in the editor. It works on cached pages too.
Quote, follow up, convert
Visitors get a PDF in their inbox. You see every quote in the dashboard, mark its status, resend it, or turn it into an order.
What your customers and your team see
Sample data from a solar installation form.

A calculator, not a contact form
The total updates as the visitor chooses. Lines, tax and the final figure are always visible, so there are no surprises later and fewer abandoned enquiries.
It inherits your theme's typography and stays lightweight: plain JavaScript on the front end, no framework.
Every quote, one dashboard
Search by name, email or quote number. Filter by status: new, sent, accepted, declined, converted.
Open a quote to see itemised pricing and the customer's answers, then download the PDF, email it again, or convert it to an order.

A quote that looks like yours
Your logo, brand colour, address, validity period and terms. Issued PDFs never change after they are sent, so the customer's copy always matches your records.
Overrideable email and PDF templates let developers match any house style from a child theme.
Built the WordPress way
Clean, documented code that fits the way WordPress agencies work.
Questions
Do I need WooCommerce?+
No. Quotes, PDFs and email work on their own. WooCommerce is only needed for the one-click quote-to-order feature.
Can visitors change the price in their browser?+
No. The live total is a preview. When the form is submitted, the server recalculates everything from your saved form, so the quote always uses your real prices.
Does it work with page caching?+
Yes. If the security token on a cached page has expired, the form fetches a fresh one automatically and carries on.
Does it send data to an outside service?+
No. PDFs are generated on your own server and quotes are stored in your own database. Email goes through your site's normal WordPress mail setup.
Does the PDF support Arabic or other right-to-left languages?+
The admin and the form support RTL layouts, but the bundled PDF engine cannot yet shape Arabic script, so PDFs in Arabic are not supported in this version.
What are the requirements?+
WordPress 6.2 or newer and PHP 8.1 or newer.
